Our 45-minute rides are the heart of what we do. They are high-energy, beat-driven, and packed with resistance, choreography, and powerful coaching. Short on time? Try a 30-minute express ride for a quick sweat that still hits hard.
We also offer extended rides on special occasions, longer formats that dive deeper into endurance, intensity, and the energy that defines RHYO.

Not at all! All RHYO classes are built for every level. Whether you’re brand new or a cycling pro, our instructors offer modifications and guidance so you can ride at your own pace and still get the most out of class.

Just bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and socks! We provide cycling shoes that clip into the pedals, towels, and all the vibes. If you have your own cycling shoes, our bikes have SPD and Delta clips for you to use them during your ride. First time? Arrive 15-20 minutes early so we can get you set up.

Our standard rides are 45 minutes. We also have 30-minute express rides and extended rides for special events. Check our schedule for class times.

Totally normal and you’re not alone. Every rider starts somewhere, and our team is here to make sure you feel supported from the moment you walk in. We’ll help you get set up, clip in, and feel confident. After that first beat drops, the nerves fade and the fun begins. -
