THIS IS RHYO
RHYO began with a simple belief: movement should mean something. What started as a small cycling studio grew through early mornings, late nights, and a community that kept showing up.
Today, RHYO brings Ride and Strength together under one roof. Every class is intentional and every room is designed to challenge you, steady you, and send you back into your life stronger than you arrived.
THE HEART BEHIND RHYO
Founders Angelina and Sandra built RHYO with equal parts vision and care. Angelina shapes the movement: rhythm-driven rides, purposeful strength, and coaching that makes every effort count. Sandra shapes the experience: the thoughtful details, warm welcome, and steady hospitality that make the studio feel like home.
Together, they created more than a place to work out. RHYO is where high standards feel personal, progress feels shared, and you always belong.
OUR NEXT CHAPTER
We honor the coaches, mentors, riders, and rooms that shaped us. Now we are carrying those lessons forward with stronger programming, deeper connection, and more ways to move with purpose.
Come for the workout. Stay for the people. Leave with more courage than you brought in.
WELCOME HOME.
“We built RHYO to be the room where rhythm becomes courage, movement becomes strength, and everyone has a place. Come as you are. We’ll move forward together.”
Angelina, Founder of RHYO
-
To create intentional, rhythm-driven training that builds stronger bodies and steadier hearts through expert coaching, thoughtful programming, and a community that shows up for each other.
We’re here to find your pace, own your strength, and carry that confidence into every aspect of your life. -
A home where fitness feels personal, inclusive, and deeply human. We’re building a home for San Antonio for indoor cycling and strength training that inspires consistency, celebrates progress, and nurtures belonging, so that every person who walks through our doors leaves feeling centered, charged, and confident.

Community changes everything. We train hard and lift each other up higher.
Purpose over perfection. Show up as you are; the work meets you there.
Progress is personal. It looks different on every body and every day.
Rhythm is a language. Music connects effort to emotion and effort to results.
Standards matter. Intentional coaching. Real progress. Care at the core.
