    RHYO exists to create a space where movement feels meaningful and people feel connected. Angelina’s classes are driven by rhythm and emotion with a Latin influence, BIG EDM drops, and choreography that challenges your limits.

    Her classes aren’t about performance or perfection. They’re about presence. About creating a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and strong in their own way. Here effort is seen and progress is personal.

    MASTER INSTRUCTOR
    Colleen has been teaching the body to move for decades. From Dance to Fitness, her experience ranges from ballet to yoga, hip-hop to strength training, cycle to pilates and more.

    She began teaching fitness here in San Antonio in 2012. Colleen thrives on sharing her love for music and movement. She has developed a reputation for being one of the most challenging instructors that can mask the “hard” with the best playlists !!

    INSTRUCTOR
    Greg has been teaching indoor cycling since early 2018 and has taught a cardio based classes at multiple studios. He likes to ride classes with an in your face attitude and music with genres such as rock, Edm, and hip hop. And loves a heavy cover song of popular music. Come catch his classes when you can!

    INSTRUCTOR
    Taylor is a former collegiate runner who swapped the track for the spin studio and never looked back.

    With 5+ years of teaching under her belt and a therapist full time, she is all about helping you level up—physically and mentally. Her rides are equal parts sweaty and inspirational, with playlists that mix EDM drops, hip-hop heat, and just the right amount of Taylor Swift for mid-ride scream-singing therapy. Come for the cardio, stay for the motivation, and leave feeling like a stronger, more unstoppable version of you.

    INSTRUCTOR
    With over four years of experience behind the podium, Madi brings unmatched energy, precision, and purpose to every ride. Known for her bass-heavy playlists, dubstep drops, and rhythm-based choreography, her classes deliver a full-body challenge that pushes both physical and mental limits.

    Outside the studio, Madi holds a Master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in trauma therapy. She integrates her clinical expertise into every class, creating a space where movement and mental clarity go hand in hand.

    For Madi, it’s not just about fitness—it’s about building a deeper connection between mind, body, and self.

    INSTRUCTOR

    With 10 years on the bike and 4 years of coaching experience, Joleen brings a ride that’s all about music, movement, and energy. She believes the studio is a place to escape, reset, and vibe—no outside noise, just you, the bike, and the beat in a dark room.

    Her classes are music-driven with a mix of genres like EDM and hip hop to keep the room moving and the energy high. Whether it’s a push, climb, or sprint, the focus is creating a space where riders feel present, strong, and connected.

    Off the bike, Joleen works in cybersecurity. In her free time, she loves to travel, read, and recharge so she can bring her best energy back to the bike.

    Kara Jene is a passionate fitness instructor with over five years of experience leading high-energy spin classes. At RHYO Spin Studio, she brings her love for movement—whether it’s on a bike, with weights, or a yoga mat—into every ride. Kara thrives in the rhythm of a dark room lit by sweat and sound, where community and music fuel every push. Her playlists span all genres, keeping riders inspired and coming back for more.

    Katie is a California girl turned proud Texan, but her presence on the bike is universal—powerful, grounded, and unforgettable.

    With over 5 years of experience teaching indoor cycling, her coaching blends heart, hustle, and unapologetic energy. She's known for her fearless lead, her fierce encouragement, and beat drops that hit just as hard as the climbs she throws at you.

    Outside the studio, Katie is a proud mom to two beautiful daughters who inspire her to lead with strength, grace, and meaning. She takes pride in showing her girls (and every rider in her class) what it looks like to move with purpose and love who you are at every stage.

    When you ride with Katie, you’ll leave breathless, sweaty, and walking out of the studio doors with your head higher, your energy louder, and your heart a little more full.

    INSTRUCTOR
    Diana has been an instructor for nearly two years and has been cycling at the studio for four. As both a dedicated instructor and an elementary school teacher, her goal is to help others grow and feel their best—from the inside out. She is passionate about helping others feel confident and find the strength they didn't know they had. When she’s not teaching, Diana loves spending time with her pets and diving into anything creative or crafty.

    Born and raised in San Antonio, Alyssa is proud to give back to the community that helped shaped her. As a PICU nurse, cycling quickly became more than a workout and became an escape for her.

    When you come to her classes, know you are walking into a safe space and a place where you can show yourself your own strength. Expect to break down barriers and be proud of the person you are when you leave her class.

    As a former dancer, music moves her soul. Expect a little bit of every music genre in her classes! Whether you’re dancing, testing your own strength, or just vibing out in her classes, there is a space for everybody!

    Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, Alison Bello’s dedication to cycling has earned her a place on the podium—and it all started the moment she clipped in. For Alison, cycling quickly became more than a workout; it’s a passion, a release, and her ultimate happy place.

    As an instructor at RHYO, Alison brings contagious energy to every ride. Her classes combine powerful runs, heavy drops, and choreography that challenges and energizes. Her playlists feature a dynamic mix of Latin beats, and she often incorporates bilingual rides.

    Off the bike, Alison works in supply chain for the oil and gas industry and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. But no matter where she is, she always finds her way back to the ride.

    From rider to instructor, Andrew was inspired to step out of his comfort zone by the energy of the RHYO community and the incredible instructors who showed him what was possible. Now, on the other side of the podium, he’s here to return the favor—bringing that same motivation and momentum to every class he leads.

    His rides are high-energy and music-driven, fueled by EDM-forward beats with a mix of rock and pop remixes that keep the room moving and the rhythm strong.

    When he’s not on the bike or leading the front office at one of downtown San Antonio’s largest hotels, you’ll find him hitting the gym, logging miles on a run, or cheering on the Astros with pride.
