She began her journey in fitness in the 80s, and her life and career have always been rooted in two things: fitness and family.From day one, she has helped build a space where people feel like they belong, not just as members, but as part of something bigger. She has a natural way of making everyone feel seen, welcomed, and cared for, creating an environment that feels both grounding and empowering.
Rooted in connection and built with intention, Sandy’s vision has always been simple: create a space where people feel at home.

Angelina’s classes are driven by rhythm and emotion with a Latin influence, BIG EDM drops, and choreography that challenges your limits.Her classes aren’t about performance or perfection. They’re about presence. About creating a space where everyone feels seen, supported, and strong in their own way. Here effort is seen and progress is personal.

Colleen has been teaching the body to move for decades. From Dance to Fitness, her experience ranges from ballet to yoga, hip-hop to strength training, cycle to pilates and more.She began teaching fitness here in San Antonio in 2012. Colleen thrives on sharing her love for music and movement. She has developed a reputation for being one of the most challenging instructors that can mask the “hard” with the best playlists !!
