Bio

Colleen has been teaching the body to move for decades. From Dance to Fitness, her experience ranges from ballet to yoga, hip-hop to strength training, cycle to pilates and more.

She began teaching fitness here in San Antonio in 2012. Colleen thrives on sharing her love for music and movement. She has developed a reputation for being one of the most challenging instructors that can mask the “hard” with the best playlists!!
